An overall assessment of your home, beginning at curbside, is given. The Action Plan is presented as a detailed written report that outlines suggested small changes that you can make yourself. We include the “Top Ten” Priority Report that focuses on suggestions for improving first impressions, creating focal points and emphasizing positive features. The consultation generally lasts from 11/2 to 2 hours. While this is not an actual staging session, you will have an outline that you can follow to better stage your home. A no-obligation quote for staging by GreatStages will also be prepared and included in the consultation packet.  

Home Staging Packages

·         ½ Day Staging This service is for those who want professional expertise and assistance. We spend 4 hours creating a warm and neutral environment that will appeal to potential buyers.

·         Full Day Staging Let us help you make a dramatic difference in transforming your home. We have many options available: Staging using only your furniture and accessories, staging with your furniture and newly purchased accessories or staging with rental accessories and/or rental furniture.

·         Vacant Home Staging This option can be customized based upon your individual needs. We focus on main rooms with the option of enhancing additional spaces upon request. We have developed partnerships with furniture suppliers that allow us to present a theme that best enhances your home. In addition, our large inventory of home décor items is used to further create warm and inviting spaces. The Vacant Home Staging Package includes consultation, supervision of furniture delivery and placement, staging and de-staging. We will also stop by periodically, if desired, to update or reposition if things get disordered.
